Job Description

Hillside Medical Lodge is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage our operations in Gatesville. This role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance and overseeing financial management while leading a multidisciplinary team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the facility's overall performance, ensuring safety standards are met and quality care is delivered to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facility operations, including financial oversight and budgeting.

  • Ensure the building remains in full compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.

  • Maintain the physical plant to meet safety and health standards.

  • Build relationships with residents, families, and the Gatesville community to maintain facility reputation.

  • Lead and support facility staff through effective communication and interpersonal management.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas (LNFA).

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.

  • Knowledge of current federal and state healthcare regulations.

  • Background in financial management and facility budgeting.

  • Must pass a criminal background check.

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

  • Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
