Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Overview

  • Full-Time CNA Openings

  • 12 Hour Shifts
    (6AM - 6PM)
    (6PM - 6AM)

  • Starting at $16/Hour

  • Every Other Weekend Off

  • $1500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We're on the lookout for proficient CNAs committed to delivering crucial care and assistance to our residents. Whether it's aiding with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming, or overseeing vital signs and recording progress, your contribution makes a significant impact. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety.

  • Help residents with eating, drinking, and maintaining proper nutrition.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

  • Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.

  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

  • Strong knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards residents.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

  • Physical stamina to assist with lifting, moving, and positioning residents.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy.
